'অন্তর জ্বালা' ছবিটির নামকরণের ক্ষেত্রেও নাকি এমনটাই হয়েছে। কাহিনী ও চিত্রনাট্য পড়ার পর ছবিটির নামকরণ করেছিলেন নায়িকা নিজেই। এমনটাই জানালেন অভিনেত্রী পরীমণি। তিনি বলেন, কাহিনী পড়ার পর চোখের সামনে পুরো ক্যারেক্টারটা ভেসে উঠেছিল। তখনই নামটা মাথায় আসে। সঙ্গে সঙ্গে নাম দিই 'অন্তর জ্বালা'। শেষ পর্যন্ত এই নামের বড় পর্দায় উঠতে যাচ্ছে ছবিটি। '

পরী আরও বলেন, এর আগে 'আপন মানুষ' ছবিটির নামকরণও আমি করেছিলাম।

দর্শকরা সেটার স্বার্থকতা খুঁজে পেয়েছিল। আশা করি 'অন্তর জ্বালা'র ক্ষেত্রেও নামকরণের স্বার্থকতা থাকবে।
আগামী ১৫ ডিসেম্বর মুক্তি পেতে যাচ্ছে 'অন্তর জ্বালা'। ১৭৫টি সিনেমা হলে মুক্তি পেতে যাচ্ছে ছবিটি। হল সংখ্যা আরও বাড়তে পারে বলে জানিয়েছেন পরিচালক মালেক আফসারী নিজেই।

মালেক আফসারী পরিচালিত ২৪তম চলচ্চিত্র এটি। ছবিটি পরিবেশনা করছে নায়ক মান্নার প্রযোজনা সংস্থা কৃতাঞ্জলি কথাচিত্র। জায়েদ-পরী ছাড়াও অভিনয় করেছেন জয় চৌধুরী, মৌমিতা, চিকন আলী, বদ্দা মিঠু, মিজু আহমেদ, অমিত হাসান প্রমুখ।
