Sunny Leone's item dancer has repeatedly objected to the word 'Barbie' as a reference to Barbie Doll maker, 'Mattel Incorporated'. The company has sent a legal notice to the producers of the song 'Tera Interser' which is used in the song.

The notice has been advised by the organization that the word 'Barbie' used in the song is not pleasant for the target customers of the Barbie Dell. And since Sunny Leone is more known as 'Adult' star, it is not favorable for the image of Barbie.



Since 'Mattel' is moving in the legal way, the notice will be given to the photo-makers. However, the court has given the verdict, to take the two sides to the cold head. Finally, 'Tera Interser' song will be 'Barbie', whether it will be settled in the legal way.

সানি লিওনের আইটেম ডান্সে একাধিকবার 'বার্বি' শব্দের উল্লেখ থাকায় আপত্তি জানিয়েছে বার্বি ডল প্রস্তুতকারী সংস্থা 'ম্যাটেল ইনকর্পোরেটেড'। গানটা যে ছবিতে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, সেই 'তেরা ইন্তেজার'এর প্রযোজকদের আইনি নোটিশ পাঠিয়েছে সংস্থাটি।

নোটিশে সংস্থার পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে, গানে যেভাবে 'বার্বি' শব্দটার ব্যবহার হয়েছে, সেটা বার্বি ডলের টার্গেট কাস্টমারদের পক্ষে সুখকর নয়। আর যেহেতু সানি লিওনি 'অ্যাডাল্ট' তারকা হিসেবে বেশি পরিচিত, তাই বার্বি'র ইমেজের পক্ষেও সেটা অনুকূল নয়।



'ম্যাটেল' যেহেতু আইনি পথে এগোচ্ছে, তাই নোটিসের জবাব দিতে হবে ছবি-নির্মাতাদের। তবে আদালত আপাতত রায় দিয়েছে, দু'পক্ষকেই ব্যাপারটা ঠান্ডা মাথায় মিটিয়ে নিতে। শেষ পর্যন্ত 'তেরা ইন্তেজার'এর গানে 'বার্বি' থাকবে কি না, সেটা আইনি পথেই মীমাংসা হবে।
