Psychology counselor and lecturer Ayesha Siddika of BRAC University said that habit is developed due to the natural instincts of the people. Just like good habits, bad habits are made in us. Practices can not be avoided if they wish, but trying to change them in a positive way is possible.
Trevish Bradbury, author of the famous Emotional Intelligence 2.0 book on psychology, advised young people to avoid some practice. He said, your practice tells you are not successful or fail. If you want to change yourself, start thinking.
Use phone, computer or tab before sleeping
