চ্যালেঞ্জ নয়, এটা আত্মবিশ্বাস Not a challenge, it's self-confidence

রাত পোহালেই শুরু হবে আরেকটি দিন। ঘুম থেকে উঠে শুরু হবে কর্মচাঞ্চল্যতা। এটাই প্রকৃতির নিয়ম। কিন্তু তার চোখে যেন আর ঘুম নেই। অপেক্ষার প্রহর গুণছেন কত দ্রুত কাল এসে ধরা দেবে তার কাছে, কত দ্রুত পার হবে দিনটি। এও যেন এক ধরনের জ্বালা। যার কথা বলছি তিনি আর কেউ নন- পরীমণি। কারণ শুক্রবার দেশব্যাপী ১৭৫টি হলে মুক্তি পেতে যাচ্ছে মালেক আফসারী পরিচালিত 'অন্তর জ্বালা' ছবিটি। এতে অনেকটাই নতুন রূপে নিজেকে ভেঙে গুড়ো করে আবির্ভাব হতে যাচ্ছেন পরীমণি। নানা কারণে ছবিটি নিয়ে দর্শকদের প্রত্যাশার পারদও অনেক চড়ে গেছে।  

কেউ কেউ বলছেন ছবিটি নাকি পরীমণির জন্য চ্যালেঞ্জ।

এ প্রসঙ্গে বাংলাদেশ প্রতিদিনকে তিনি বলেন, দেখুন, নায়িকা হিসেবে নয়, একজন অভিনেত্রী হিসেবে এতে অভিনয় করেছি। চ্যালেঞ্জ করাটা বোকামি হবে। প্রত্যাশা এক জিনিস, চ্যালেঞ্জ এক জিনিস। আত্মবিশ্বাস থেকে বলতে পারি ছবিটি একটি পূর্ণাঙ্গ প্যাকেজ। সফল হওয়ার জন্য যা যা অনুঘটকের প্রয়োজন তার সবই 'অন্তর জ্বালা'য় বিদ্যমান। তাছাড়া দর্শকদের প্রতি বিশ্বাস রয়েছে। আশা করি তারা আমার এই আত্মবিশ্বাসের মূল্যায়ন করবেন। কারণ তারাও একজন অভিনেত্রীর অভিনয় দেখতে চান, নায়িকার নয়।
