The devastating southern California wildfire has taken a look. In this situation, NASA scientists have come to the analysis of the impact of horror wildfire on nature.
They are using aircraft to investigate wildfire effects, which can go up to a much higher altitude than passenger aircraft. The NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center's ER-2 aircraft in Palmdale, California, could fly 21,300 meters above the ground. That is almost double the passenger plane's flight capacity. As well as being used by high-performance cameras made in NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California.
One of the most important materials for research on this plane is Averis, a high-powered camera. It is also possible to get information about the condition of land through fire and smoke. This machine is able to accurately tell the temperature of the fire.

দাবানলের প্রভাব খতিয়ে দেখার জন্য তাঁরা এমন বিমান ব্যবহার করছেন, যা যাত্রী পরিবাহী বিমানের থেকেও অনেকটা বেশি উচ্চতায় যেতে সক্ষম। ক্যালিফোর্নিয়ার পামডালে নাসার আর্মস্ট্রং ফ্লাইট রিসার্চ সেন্টারের ইআর-২ বিমানটি মাটি থেকে ২১ হাজার ৩০০ মিটার উচ্চতায় যেতে সক্ষম। যা যাত্রীবাহী বিমানের উড়ান ক্ষমতার প্রায় দ্বিগুণ। পাশাপাশি ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে ক্যালিফোর্নিয়ার পাসাডেনায় নাসার জেট প্রপালশন ল্যাবরেটরিতে তৈরি উচ্চ ক্ষমতাসম্পন্ন ক্যামেরা।
এই বিমানটিতে গবেষণার জন্য যে সমস্ত সামগ্রী রয়েছে, তার মধ্যে অন্যতম অ্যাভিরিস নামে একটি উচ্চ ক্ষমতাসম্পন্ন ক্যামেরা। আগুন এবং ধোঁয়ার মধ্যেও এর মাধ্যমে জমির অবস্থা সম্পর্কে তথ্য পাওয়া সম্ভব। আগুনের তাপমাত্রা কত, তাও সঠিকভাবে জানাতে সক্ষম এই যন্ত্রটি।
