এই থিম পার্কটিতে থাকবে সেক্স প্লেগ্রাউন্ড। থাকবে মিউজিয়াম যেখানে দর্শনার্থীরা যৌনতার ইতিহাস সম্পর্কে শিক্ষা লাভ করতে পারবেন। তবে দর্শনার্থীরা চাইলেই পার্কের ভেতর শারীরিক সম্পর্কে আবদ্ধ হতে পারবেন না। তার জন্য পার্কের পাশে মোটেলের ব্যবস্থা রেখেছে পার্ক কর্তৃপক্ষ।
