But no matter how long he can stay in the Big Boss house, doubts have been made. Jalandhar Court has issued arrest warrant against Arshi on Monday.
Indian media have said that the arrest warrant has been issued due to non-appearance in the court for three months for a case. It is also known that the court has ordered to arrest Arshi in the Big Bash room.
Arshi Khan has posted a picture of India and Pakistan flag on both sides of her body. After that, he was accused of creating hostilities between two groups and a lawsuit was issued.
Arshi did not appear before the court for the last three months due to her stay in the Big Boss house. And so the arrest warrant issued against him. Arshi's spokesperson said that the arrest warrant has been postponed till January 15.
It is known that Arshi Khan is currently in the Big Boss house because the suspension has been issued.

কিন্তু আর কতদিন বিগ বসের ঘরে তিনি থাকতে পারেন তা নিয়ে সন্দেহ তৈরি হয়েছে। কারণ গত সোমবার আরশির বিরুদ্ধে গ্রেপ্তারি পরোয়ানা জারি করেছে জলন্ধর কোর্ট।
ভারতীয় সংবাদমাধ্যমগুলো জানিয়েছে, একটি মামলার জন্য গত ৩ মাস ধরে আদালতে হাজিরা না দেওয়ার কারণেই এই গ্রেপ্তারি পরোয়ানা জারি করা হয়েছে। এমনও জানা গেছে, বিগ বসের ঘরে ঢুকে আরশিকে গ্রেপ্তার করারও নির্দেশ দিয়েছে আদালত।
নিজের শরীরে ভারত ও পাকিস্তান দুই দেশের পতাকা এঁকে একটি ছবি পোস্ট করেছিলেন আরশি খান। তার পরেই তার বিরুদ্ধে দুই গোষ্ঠীর মধ্যে শত্রুতা তৈরি করার অভিযোগ ওঠে এবং একটি মামলা জারি হয়।
বিগ বসের ঘরে থাকার কারণেই বিগত তিন মাস ধরে আদালতে হাজির হননি আরশি। আর তাই গ্রেপ্তারি পরোয়ানা জারি হয়েছে তার বিরুদ্ধে। আরশির মুখপাত্র জানিয়েছেন, আগামী ১৫ জানুয়ারি পর্যন্ত এই গ্রেপ্তারি পরোয়ানার স্থগিতাদেশ রয়েছে।
আরশি খান বর্তমানে বিগ বসের ঘরে থাকার ফলেই এই স্থগিতাদেশ জারি করা গেছে বলে জানা গেছে।
