অভিযোগের বিষয়টি খতিয়ে দেখে অ্যাডভার্টাইজিং স্ট্যান্ডার্ড কাউন্সিল অফ ইন্ডিয়ার তরফে একটি সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে। যার সেই বিজ্ঞাপন প্রচারে নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমা বেঁধে দেওয়া হয়েছে। এখন থেকে রাত ১০টা থেকে সকাল ৬টার মধ্যে চলতে পারবে সানির সেই বিজ্ঞাপন।
কারণ হিসেবে উল্লেখ করা হয়, এই সময়ে বাচ্চারা সাধারণত ঘুমিয়ে পড়ে। যেহেতু এই বিজ্ঞাপনগুলো একেবারেই প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের কথা ভেবে বানানো, তাই এই সময়টাতেই চলবে এই বিজ্ঞাপন।
প্রসঙ্গত, দিনের বেলা সানির কনডমের বিজ্ঞাপন টিভির পর্দায় চললে শিশুমনে প্রভাব পড়তে পারে, এই মর্মে অভিযোগ দেওয়া হয়েছিল।
তারই ভিত্তিতেই এই নির্দেশিকা দেওয়া হলো।
