* প্রতীক হাসানের সঙ্গে প্রথমবার একসঙ্গে গাইলেন, কেমন লাগল?
** ‘রিকশাওয়ালা ফুলমালা’ শিরোনামের একটি ছবির জন্য গান গাইলাম। এটি লিখেছেন আনোয়ার সিরাজি। অনেক দিন ধরেই গানটি রেকর্ডিংয়ের কথা ছিল। কিন্তু টানা শো করার কারণে সময় দিতে পারছিলাম না। পরে আমার সময়ের সঙ্গে মিলিয়েই কাজটি করা হয়েছে। প্রতীক এমনিতেও খুব ভালো গায়। আমারও ইচ্ছা ছিল। সব মিলিয়ে কাজটি করে ভালো লেগেছে।
* প্রতীকের বাবা প্রয়াত খালেদ হাসান মিলুর সঙ্গেও প্লে ব্যাকে গেয়েছেন…
** মিলু আঙ্কেলের সঙ্গে আমার প্রায় ৫-৬টির মতো গান করা হয়েছে। তিনি আমাকে অনেক স্নেহ করতেন। সেদিক থেকে প্রতীক আমার ভাইয়ের মতো। বাবা-ছেলে দুজনের সঙ্গে কাজ করা হয়েছে। এটি আমার জন্য অনেক আনন্দের বিষয়। গানটি করার সময় মিলু আঙ্কেলকে খুব মিস করেছি। তিনি বেঁচে থাকলে খুব খুশি হতেন।
* শোয়ের সময় তো শুরু হয়েছে। ব্যস্ততা কেমন?
** ব্যস্ততা অনেক বেশি। গত কয়েক দিন টানা শো করেছি। সামনে আরও অনেকগুলো শো হাতে রয়েছে। সব কিছু ঠিকঠাক থাকলে সেগুলো নিয়ে অনেক ব্যস্ত থাকব। এক কথায় চেষ্টা করছি সব কাজ ভালোভাবে সম্পন্ন করার।
* আসিফ আকবরের সঙ্গে একটি কাজ করেছিলেন। সেটির কী খবর?
** ‘টিপ টিপ বৃষ্টিতে’ শিরোনামের গানটির রেকর্ডিং হয়ে গেছে। এর মিউজিক ভিডিও করার পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে। এ মূহূর্তে হয়তো করা হবে না। চূড়ান্ত হলে জানাব।
* অভিনয় করার কোনো ইচ্ছা আছে?
** আমি গানের মানুষ। সঙ্গীতশিল্পী আঁখি হিসেবেই সবাই আমাকে চেনেন। তাছাড়া এখন গানের ব্যস্ততাই বেশি। অভিনয় তো করেছিলাম ভালো লাগা থেকে। এখন তেমন কোনো পরিকল্পনা নেই। তাছাড়া পরিকল্পনা করে কিছু হয়ও না।
* দীর্ঘ ক্যারিয়ারে অপ্রাপ্তি কতটুকু?
** অপ্রাপ্তি বলতে আসলে কিছু নেই। পরিবারের সবাইকে নিয়ে ভালো আছি, সুখে আছি। শিল্পী আঁখি আলমগীরকে মানুষ ভালোবাসেন। একই সঙ্গে বড়দের স্নেহ ও ছোটদের ভালোবাসা পেয়ে আসছি। মানুষের ভালোবাসার কাছে বড় কিছু নেই। এটাই জীবনের বিশাল প্রাপ্তি।
