তবে এবার নিজেই জানালেন নিজের বিয়ের খবর। সম্প্রতি এক অনুষ্ঠানে ভারতীয় সাংবাদিকদের প্রশ্নের জবাবে, উদয় চোপড়ার সাথে দীর্ঘ দুই বছর ধরে প্রেম চলছে বলে স্বীকার করেন নার্গিস। সম্প্রতি তারা বিয়ে নিয়েও ভাবছেন। উদয় চোপড়ার মা পাম চোপড়ার সাথে কথাও হয়েছে এ বিষয়ে।
সবকিছু ঠিক থাকলে আগামী বছরের শুরুতেই বিয়ের পিঁড়িতে বসবেন এ তারকা। খুব শিগগিরই দুই পরিবার থেকে তা আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে জানানো হবে বলেও জানান নার্গিস ফাখরি।
