১) ওরাল সেক্স
ওরাল সেক্সের কারণে আহত হওয়ার ব্যাপারে অল্প কিছু গবেষণা পাওয়া যায়। তবে এক্ষেত্রে সবচাইতে বেশী আহত হবার সম্ভাবনা হলো- ‘অটোফেলাশিও” বা কোনো সঙ্গী ছাড়া নিজেই কাজটি করতে গেলে। এক্ষেত্রে মেরুদন্ডে ভয়াবহ ক্ষতি হবার সম্ভাবনা থাকে।
২) সেক্স টয় বা এজাতীয় কোন বস্তু ব্যবহার করলে
সেক্সুয়াল মেডিসিন রিভিউজ জার্নালের একটি অ্যানালাইসিস থেকে জানা যায়, বিভিন্ন ধরণের সেক্স টয় থেকে হওয়া ক্ষতির চিকিৎসা আলাদা আলাদা। এতে কোন একটি নির্দিষ্ট পদ্ধতি বলে দেওয়া যায় না। ধরে নেওয়া যায় যে সেক্স টয়ের ব্যবহার ওরাল সেক্সের চাইতে ক্ষতিকর।
৩) কাউগার্ল
কাউগার্ল এমন একটি পজিশন যেখানে নারী ও পুরুষ উভয়ের আহত হবার সম্ভাবনা থাকে। তবে পুরুষের আহত হবার ঝুঁকি এক্ষেত্রে বেশী। কারণ পুরুষাঙ্গ খুব সহজেই ফ্র্যাকচার হতে পারে এবং পুরুষরা এ ব্যাপারটাকে আমলেই নেন না। এমনকি অনেকে সমস্যাটি নিয়ে লজ্জায় থাকেন, ডাক্তারের কাছে আসতে চান না। পেনাইল ফ্র্যাকচার বা PF বলা হয় এ ধরণের ইনজুরিকে।
৪) হস্তমৈথুন
খুব জোর দিয়ে কাজটি করতে গেলে আপনি আহত হতে পারেন। কোনো এক অদ্ভুত কারণে প্রাচ্যের দেশগুলোতে এমনভাবে আহত হবার ব্যাপারটা বেহি দেখা যায়। অনেকেই ভাবেন যে পুরুষাঙ্গের ভেতরে হাড় বা অন্তত তরুণাস্থি আছে এবং তা সহজে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে না। এমনকি আমরা যেভাবে আঙ্গুল ফুটাই সেই কাজটি তারা পুরুষাঙ্গে করতে চান! এভাবেই শিক্ষার অভাবে আহত হন অনেকে।
৫) মিশনারি পজিশন
২৬ শতাংশ ক্ষেত্রে PF এর জন্য মিশনারি পজিশনে যৌনকর্ম দায়ী। তারা ধারণা করেন, যখন যৌন মিলনের ক্ষেত্রে পুরুষের প্রাধান্য থাকে, তখন সহজেই পুরুষাঙ্গ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবার ঘটনা দেখা যায়।
৬) ডগি স্টাইল
৪১ শতাংশ PF এর জন্য দায়ী এই পজিশনটি। সুতরাং এটাকেই সবচাইতে ভয়ংকর বলে ধরে নেওয়া যায়।
তবে অদ্ভুত একটা ব্যাপার হলো এক্ষেত্রে বিষমকামী জুটিদের মাঝে যৌনকর্ম বেশী ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ হয়, সমকামী জুটিদের তুলনায়।
