এবার আসা যাক এই অন্তরঙ্গ দৃশ্যের শুটিংয়ের প্রসঙ্গে। ‘হিরোইন’ ছবিতে কারিনা নিজের চরিত্রকে বাস্তবসম্মত করতে অনেক ধূমপান করেন। এমনকি তিনি মদ্যপানও করেছিলেন। ফলে দৃশ্যটি আরও বাস্তব হয়ে ওঠে। শোনা গেছে, একটি পাঁচ তারকা হোটেলের কক্ষে দৃশ্যটি ক্যামেরাবন্দী করা হয়। শুটিংয়ের সময় সেই কক্ষে কারিনা-অর্জুন ছাড়া ছিলেন পরিচালক মধুর ভান্ডারকর, প্রধান চিত্রগ্রাহক আর সংশ্লিষ্ট কয়েকজন। মধুর ভান্ডারকরের ‘হিরোইন’ বক্স অফিসে সাফল্য না পেলেও ছবিতে কারিনার অভিনয় খুবই প্রশংসিত হয়। আর এই অন্তরঙ্গ দৃশ্য নিয়ে রীতিমতো গবেষণা হয়েছে।
