কী কী প্রয়োজন:

একটি উকুন বাছার চিরুণি
মাউথওয়াশ

একটি প্লাস্টিকের ব্যাগ বা শাওয়ার ক্যাপ
তোয়ালে

কী করবেন:

প্রথমে মাউথওয়াশ দিয়ে চুল ভিজিয়ে নিন। এরপর চুলের গোছা প্লাস্টিক বা শাওয়ার ক্যাপে মুড়িয়ে নিন। 
এভাবে এক ঘণ্টা রাখতে হবে। এতে আপনার মতো অধৈর্য হয়ে পড়বে উকুনগুলো। মাউথওয়াশের গন্ধে ওরা একেবারে নাজেহাল হবে। 
এরপর চুলটা ধুয়ে নিন। প্রাথমিক কাজ শেষ। চুল যখন ভেজা অবস্থায় তখন তাতে হোয়াইট ওয়াইন ভিনিগার দিন। এতে উকুনের ডিমের বারোটা বাজবে। এভাবে অবশ্য আরও একটা ঘণ্টা অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।

এই পর্যন্ত কাজ অনেকটাই হয়ে গেল। এবার যে শ্যাম্পু ব্যবহার করেন তা দিয়ে চুলটা ধুয়ে ফেলুন। উকুন বাছার চিরুণি দিয়ে মাথা আঁচরান। 
এরপরও কোনোভাবে আপনার বাচ্চা উকুন ‘বয়ে’ আনলে স্কুলে যাওয়ার আগে একবার মাউথওয়াশ স্প্রে করে দিন। তাতে ওদের মেজাজটাও ফুরফুরে থাকবে। উকুন মাথায় বাসা বাঁধার আর সাহসও পাবে না।
