গত সোমবার এই গ্রেফতারি পরোয়ানা জারি হয়েছে। যদিও মামলাটি হয়েছিল প্রায় তিন মাস আগে। আরশির বিরুদ্ধে দুই সম্প্রদায়ের মধ্যে সম্পর্কের অবনতিতে উসকানি দেওয়ার অভিযোগ উঠেছিল।  

কী এমন করেছিলেন ছোটপর্দার তারকা? নিজের সারা গায়ে ভারত-পাকিস্তান দুই দেশের পতাকা একসঙ্গে এঁকেছিলেন তিনি। সে ছবি ছড়িয়ে পড়তেই বিক্ষোভের সৃষ্টি হয়। মামলা দায়ের হয় আরশির বিরুদ্ধে। বেশ কয়েকবার আরশিকে সমন পাঠিয়েছে আদালত। তা না মানায় এর আগেও একবার গ্রেফতারি পরোয়ানা জারি করা হয়েছিল।

কিন্তু তাতে গ্রাহ্য না করেই ‘বিগ বস’-এ চলে যান আরশি। এ নিয়ে দ্বিতীয়বার তাঁর নামে গ্রেফতারি পরোয়ানা জারি হয়েছে। বিগ বস হাউসের অন্দরে গিয়ে তাঁকে গ্রেফতার করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে আদালত।
গ্রেফতারি পরোয়ানার কথা স্বীকার করেছেন আরশির পাবলিসিস্ট ফ্লিন রেমেডিওজ। এক সংবাদমাধ্যমের প্রশ্নের উত্তরে তিনি জানান, গ্রেফতারি পরোয়ানা জারি হয়েছে একথা সত্যি। তবে আইনজীবীর সহায়তায় আপাতত এই পরোয়ানা স্থগিত রয়েছে। জানুয়ারি মাসের ১৫ তারিখ পর্যন্ত স্টে অর্ডার পাওয়া গেছে।
